I've decided it is cupcake year for us and so here is the concoction I made for Saturday - these pineapple cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. I used a star cookie cutter to give shape to the sprinkles.
Yesterday we had little banana cakes (basically banana bread, but with a cake shape) with peanut butter frosting. I have never done anything like this before and I really liked it. So did N!
